H2O Sans Frontières takes action since 1998 in the region of Koudougou, in Burkina Faso, for water access and education in a cooperative approach. In 2018, 8 charging stations were installed in a school of the Kombissiri town, in Burkina Faso. More than 300 solar lamps were distributed to pupils and teachers. Thanks to this project, carried by the French NGO Electriciens Sans Frontières and the Burkinabe association Aide & Action du Bazega, and funded by the SCAC French embassy in Burkina Faso, children can study at home, and learning conditions were improved.
